When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these terms and conditions) will be with Howard’s House Hotel. All rates featured on howardshousehotel.co.uk are subject to availability and Howard’s House reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason. No booking made on-line should be regarded as a firm booking until an e-mail confirmation has been received from Howard’s House Hotel.

All rates quoted on our website are per room per night, include breakfast, are subject to availability and include VAT. Bills must be settled prior to departure.

Every effort will be made to carry out special requests, unfortunately this cannot always be guaranteed. Special dietary requirements should be notified when making a booking.

Car parking is available within the grounds of the hotel.

Cancellation: Our policy is to make a charge of 60% of the room rate for cancellation within 48 hours of arrival.

Checking in time is after 2.30pm on the date of arrival.

Checking out time is before 11am on the date of departure.

Your debit/credit card details are held as a guarantee for your booking only and no money will be taken from your card unless a cancellation fee is charged. You can secure your booking by American Express, Visa or Mastercard.
